The role of Property Inspector is fundamental at Rede Vistorias, as it directly executes the inspection service. The inspection team forms the foundation of Rede Vistorias and represents the transformation of market expectations into reality within the real estate sector. Main responsibilities of this role include: * Conducting property inspections of real estate assets efficiently, accurately, and reliably, analyzing features and conditions of conservation/functionality of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, electrical and hydraulic installations, furniture, and other property items; * Performing equipment tests, identifying damages, and verifying functionality and general environmental conditions; * During exit inspections, conducting meticulous comparisons based on reports and documentation; * Recording captured information as detailed text accompanied by photos for inspection report generation using a tablet application; * Verifying repair work and discrepancies; * Training and mentoring new inspectors. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH); * Personal vehicle — motorcycle preferred; * Android smartphone. Skills and Competencies: * Clear and concise written and oral communication; * Systems thinking; * Results orientation; * Leadership. Working hours: To be agreed upon.
