Our system is in production and actively operating, used by **thousands of companies across Brazil**, covering financial routines, contracts, billing, reporting, automation, and integrations. Here, you will not work on prototypes. You will work on the continuous evolution of a live product with direct business impact for our customers. **The Role’s Challenge** We seek a **Tech Lead PHP (Laravel)** to serve as the team’s **technical reference**, ensuring product quality, organization, performance, and sustainable evolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding hands-on while also leading technical decisions and best practices daily. **Responsibilities** * Lead the technical evolution of the product, participating in architecture and system organization decisions * Develop and enhance features using **PHP (Laravel)** * Build and maintain **REST APIs** and integrations with external systems * Implement complex business rules (finance, events, contracts, automation, and operational routines) * Continuously improve **performance, security, and code quality** * Review pull requests, support the team, and ensure technical standardization * Optimize database queries and data structures in **MySQL** * Actively participate in technical planning and prioritization of structural improvements **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with **PHP** and **Laravel** * Proficiency in building and consuming **REST APIs** * Strong experience with **MySQL** and query optimization * Consistent use of **Git** (version control and best practices) * Experience with production systems and real-world operational environments * Analytical, organized mindset with strong technical accountability **Nice-to-Haves (Important for Our Context)** * Experience with SaaS, ERP, or medium/large-scale systems * Integrations with payment gateways, banks, NF issuance, or ERPs * Experience with **Linux and servers** (logs, deployment, permissions, monitoring, backups) * Knowledge of Docker * Experience with queues, jobs, and asynchronous routines **What We Offer** * **CLT** employment contract * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * A **collaborative** environment with close-knit teams and real technical decision-making * A comfortable workspace, including a coffee area and relaxation spaces ☕ * Direct participation in the evolution of a strategic product * Technical leadership and growth opportunities **On-site model** (Belo Horizonte/MG) **Salary range**: R$ 9,000 (negotiable based on experience) Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT Compensation: starting from R$9,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Relocation/move possibility: * Belo Horizonte, MG: Relocate or move to the job location before starting work (Mandatory) Selection question(s): * How many years of experience do you have with PHP + Laravel? * Do you have experience with SaaS/ERP systems or production products handling high volume? * What is your earliest possible start date?
