Job Summary: Your daily responsibilities include preparing and assembling orders, delivering customer service with a focus on generating smiles, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant. We’ll count on you for restaurant operational tasks: preparing and assembling orders; serving customers; and ensuring that the environment and equipment remain clean at all times. Check out the details! Customer service is one of the most important parts of the job: our top priority is to generate smiles! As a crew member, you’ll be responsible for serving customers at our restaurants, including order taking and payment processing—even at our Drive-Thru. Preparing the delicious items that come from our kitchen: sandwiches, French fries, beverages, and desserts—such as our famous ice cream cone. ?? You’ll receive training on how to operate appropriate equipment, as well as how to uphold our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas—always following official guidelines and the operations manual. Participating in our training, onboarding, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
