Responsible for monitoring key control parameters across production stages, reagent dosage and inventory control, completion of process reports, participation in planning and execution of preventive equipment shutdowns, and adherence to the company’s health and safety programs. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) meetings; Conduct critical process analysis to identify anomalies and opportunities to improve production-stage efficiency; Contribute to the review of operational procedures to support continuous activity improvement; Collect and record metallurgical process data, maintaining detailed records for subsequent analysis and decision-making support; Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to develop and implement improvements in metallurgical processes, contributing to innovation and increased productivity; Participate in the planning and execution of preventive shutdowns to ensure equipment and process reliability; Strictly comply with safety standards and environmental regulations, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with legal and corporate standards; Support the training and development of new employees by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment; Cover vacations for Control Panel positions as well as the Supervisor’s when requested. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** Completed technical course in Metallurgy, Mining, or Chemistry.
