Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising mechanics' activities, and managing the workshop. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance control and scheduling for machines and vehicles 2. Technical report preparation and customer communication 3. Experience in maintenance programming and control We distribute original spare parts nationwide for heavy yellow machinery from top Chinese brands: LIUGONG, LONKING, SEM, SDLG, XGMA, XCMG, and others. Additionally, we offer preventive and corrective maintenance services for machinery, as well as component refurbishment including YTO, YUCHAI, CUMMINS, and DEUTZ engines, and ZF transmissions. We currently have an open position for a Maintenance Controller. Your main responsibilities: Control preventive and corrective maintenance, Create service orders (SO), Supervise internal and external mechanics, Direct workshop organization, Prepare technical reports for customers, Communicate with customers and suppliers, Order parts via system, Monitor workshop expenses and consumables, Manage the light vehicle fleet, Prepare payment spreadsheets for service providers. Requirements Experience in maintenance field with programming and control of yellow-line vehicles/machinery in general. Mechanical technician certified by SENAI or CEFET, or Mechanical Engineering graduate/student. Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualification are also considered.
