




Job Summary: A strategic and operational marketing professional responsible for strengthening the brand, generating leads, and supporting company growth through campaigns and data analysis. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns. **Job Mission** Plan, execute, and monitor institutional and commercial marketing strategies to strengthen the brand, generate business opportunities, and directly support company growth. **Main Responsibilities** **Strategy** * Structure and execute annual and quarterly marketing planning; * Develop brand positioning strategies (branding); * Create demand-generation campaigns (lead generation); * Define buyer personas, customer journey, and conversion funnel; * Integrate marketing and sales (sales-oriented marketing). **Operational (Hands-On)** * Create and publish content for social media and digital channels; * Produce institutional texts, articles, case studies, and commercial materials; * Manage website and conversion pages (landing pages); * Execute paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar); * Configure marketing automation and lead nurturing; * Support the sales team with presentations and strategic materials. **Data & Performance** * Monitor and analyze metrics (CAC, ROI, CPL, conversion rate, MQL/SQL); * Create management reports and performance dashboards; * Optimize campaigns based on data; * Manage CRM jointly with the sales team; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. **Management** * Coordinate suppliers, freelancers, and partner agencies; * Organize editorial and campaign calendars; * Prioritize the company’s strategic demands; * Structure marketing department processes. **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields; * Prior experience in strategic and operational marketing; * Experience in digital marketing and lead generation; * Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads); * Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools; * Experience analyzing metrics and KPIs; * Excellent written communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technology or B2B companies; * Knowledge of inbound marketing; * Experience in branding and market positioning; * Familiarity with SEO; * Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator); * Experience producing technical content. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset; * Analytical ability and data-driven orientation; * Autonomy and strong organizational skills; * Clear and concise communication; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Adaptability and fast learning ability.
