




JOB MISSION: Drive growth, authority, and engagement for the client’s brand through daily content strategically aligned with the Brand Guide—reinforcing the brand’s leadership positioning and converting new professionals to the platform. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: ● Advanced proficiency in Figma or Canva for graphic design. ● Proficiency in CapCut (video editing, cuts, auto-captions, soundtracks). ● Proven experience as a Social Media professional. ● Ability to leverage AI tools to overcome creative blocks or generate visuals. ● Mastery of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. ● Experience with scheduling tools (mLabs preferred). ● Excellent copywriting skills (direct, provocative, clear). ● Strategic thinking capability—not just execution-oriented. ● Impeccable organization and strict adherence to deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Desirable: ● Experience managing communities or authoritative brands. ● Basic knowledge of brand creation. ● Knowledge of health, physiotherapy, or related fields (strong differentiator). ● Experience working in startups or high-growth companies. BENEFITS: * During the first three months (probationary period), the contract will be compensation-only, with no additional benefits. Upon successful completion of probation, the company will provide all necessary infrastructure for job performance, including: laptop; corporate mobile phone; ergonomic chair; and other essential equipment for the role.
