The professional will be responsible for client service to drive sales, portfolio management, client prospecting, post-sales support, and in-person customer assistance through visits, selling cheese breads and other frozen products in the food service market (bakeries, snack bars, hotels, inns, hospitals, etc.). **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Active sales; * Prospecting new clients; * Reactivating inactive clients; * Negotiation; * Post-sales support and complaint resolution to maintain customer satisfaction; * Client portfolio management; * Conducting technical visits to clients. **Desired Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a sales representative; * Time management and organizational skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Dynamic, proactive profile with strong teamwork orientation; * Ability to handle sales targets. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Location: Vila Paris/Contagem – On-site Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday Saturday work only for fairs and events, subject to prior agreement.
