We are seeking a **Communication Analyst**, focused on **press advisory and internal communication**, to contribute to reinforcing Grupo 3TC’s institutional positioning and team engagement. If you have proven experience in media relations and have also worked in corporate internal communication, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities Press Advisory * Plan and execute press advisory initiatives. * Produce press releases, articles, official statements, and story pitch suggestions. * Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets. * Manage media mailing lists, follow-ups, and media monitoring. * Support crisis communication management. * Serve as the liaison between the company and the media. Internal Communication * Plan and execute internal communication and endomarketing campaigns. * Develop institutional content for internal channels. * Support initiatives aimed at cultural reinforcement and engagement. * Organize strategic announcements and institutional alignment. * Integrate internal communication with external positioning. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree completed in Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Excellent writing skills and mastery of standard Brazilian Portuguese. * Proven experience in corporate press advisory. * Experience producing press releases and engaging with journalists. * Experience in internal communication and institutional campaigns. * Hands-on experience with media monitoring and clipping. * Basic knowledge of crisis management and institutional positioning. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in B2B or industrial companies. * Basic SEO knowledge. * Experience with RD Station or marketing automation tools. * Familiarity with WordPress and digital content production.
