It offers customized solutions to meet the transportation needs of companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform and assist in all measurement and billing activities according to established processes and deadlines. Record customers' financial transactions, including adding and updating payment methods, dates, and amounts to be received. Update and maintain internal system registrations, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Provide telephone support to external customers, resolving inquiries related to measurement and billing. Organize, supervise, and maintain electronic files and digital documents, ensuring easy access and traceability. Send documents to both customers and internal departments as required. Manage and update control spreadsheets within the billing subsystem. Support business areas in processes affecting billing. Respond to tickets and requests via the management tool, adhering to established SLAs.
