Then come on in!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service, identifying customer needs and guiding them with all necessary information about available products and their proper use, applying the sales methodology to achieve excellence and customer delight; * Register customers to expand the company’s database and strengthen relationships with registered users; * Process sales payments according to accepted payment methods; * Package and deliver products to customers; * Stay informed about company promotions, events, and cultural contests to share relevant information with customers; * Attend all in-person or online training sessions provided by the company; * Operate across omnichannel sales platforms using current company tools and applying service scripts until sale completion; * Monitor sales metrics such as TM, PA, Conversion Rate, NPS, and others; * Actively engage on social media—creating content, monitoring posts, and growing followers; * Maintain store cleanliness, organized and fully stocked sections, and accurate pricing; * Restock products from inventory to the sales floor based on restocking reports, ensuring product rotation and driving sales results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Availability to work on weekends * Alignment with customer service values * Flexibility to work across various store departments **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance or food allowance * Transportation voucher * Bonus for achieving performance targets * Birthday day off * Product discount **What else will you find here?** * Gym membership partnership via Gympass * A playful and relaxed work environment **So, are you ready to join us?
