Interpretation of technical drawings and management of installations **Position: Assembly Leader** **Area:** Metal Structure Assembly / Field About the Position We are seeking an **Assembly Leader** to lead on-site teams, ensuring correct execution of metal structure assembly projects, always prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity. If you have experience in this field, leadership skills, and enjoy tackling on-site challenges, this opportunity may be for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the on-site assembly team; * Interpret technical drawings and project specifications; * Define installation sequence and direct component handling; * Verify alignment, leveling, and fixation of structures; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards, especially for work at height; * Verify proper installation of lifelines; * Perform and supervise assembly of metal structures (roofing sheets, louvers, steel deck, solar panels – excluding electrical components, among others); * Apply sealants, perform touch-up painting, and minor repairs; * Use tools such as torches, welding machines, magnetic drills, sanders, etc.; * Perform on-site adjustments, fixings, and welds when required; * Operate equipment such as Hyster machines and aerial work platforms (following training); * Support the Foreman in operational guidance and, when necessary, in administrative tasks related to the team. **Requirements** * Proven experience in metal structure assembly; * Driver's license Category B preferred; * Availability for travel and accommodation in lodging when required. **Benefits** * **Health Insurance** – Company covers 78% of employee’s plan cost and 50% of co-payments; * **Dental Insurance**; * **Basic Food Basket or Meal Card** worth **R$ 172.50** (based on attendance); * **Meals provided by the company**; * **Travel Allowance** – 10% of monthly salary, prorated by days traveled (based on attendance); * **Life Insurance**; * **Transportation Voucher**, when required.
