If you are a professional passionate about what you do and seeking to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Process Analyst:** * Lead the mapping and documentation of complex processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency; * Develop and apply process improvement methodologies, implementing BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma; * Manage process governance, monitoring compliance and adherence to guidelines; * Develop strategic plans for process optimization, proposing innovative solutions; * Analyze customer service indicators, defining and tracking critical KPIs; * Facilitate advanced training sessions and workshops, disseminating knowledge on continuous improvement; * Act as an intermediary between customer service and technology, proposing integrated and innovative solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Do you identify with our challenge?
