Mormaii Integrated Training Professor \- Mormaii Castelo Studio We are looking for a communicative, proactive professional with genuine enthusiasm to join our team. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Consistently implement the Mormaii methodology, following franchisor guidelines to ensure excellence. * Collaborate with the team to plan next week’s training schedule. * Customize students’ workouts based on the Integrated Assessment and CRM records, adjusting exercises via progression/regression to meet individual needs. * Guide new students through a welcoming onboarding experience, clarifying doubts and ensuring quality and satisfaction from day one. * Align students’ individual goals with tangible outcomes within the Integrated Assessment cycle. * Clearly communicate exercise objectives and provide individualized feedback during and after classes. * Record relevant information about student progress in the CRM system (ongoing tracking) and conduct reassessments at scheduled intervals. * Maintain ethical and professional conduct, with objective communication and respectful relationships with students and team members. * Actively participate in studio/franchisor trainings and meetings, continuously updating your knowledge of the Mormaii methodology. * Engage with and support network-wide campaigns and internal studio initiatives. * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and accessories. * Perform other compatible and necessary tasks related to daily job responsibilities. To Stand Out, It Is Important That You Have: * Completed undergraduate degree in Physical Education (Bachelor’s or Full Teaching License). * Active registration with CREF. * Relevant work experience. * Technical proficiency in the field, with focus on results and efficiency. * Proactivity, initiative, and problem-solving ability. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to change. * Absolute focus on customer satisfaction. \> Benefits: performance-based bonus \> Availability for in-person work. \> Working hours: morning or evening shifts \> Residence near the Studio is preferred.
