Assistance in tax calculation and ancillary obligations Position: Tax Assistant – Road Cargo Transportation Location: São Joaquim de Bicas\-MG Employment Type: CLT Department: Tax / Accounting Job Description: A company in the road cargo transportation sector seeks a professional to work as a Tax Assistant, supporting the tax department’s routine activities and ensuring accurate verification and recording of tax documents related to transportation operations. Main Responsibilities: Verification and entry of incoming and outgoing invoices. Support in tax calculation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS where applicable). Control and organization of tax documents and digital files. Assistance in submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, GIA, among others). Internal department support to clarify tax-related questions concerning transportation. Support during audits and inspections when required. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Accounting, Administration, or related fields is desirable). Knowledge of tax legislation. Experience with transportation tax documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e) is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
