Job Summary: A professional responsible for reception and public service, student recruitment, enrollment processing, document issuance, and support for academic events and admissions processes. Support for academic events **WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM; alternating weekends on a rotating schedule.** **(Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Sunday hours may vary.)** **Job Description:** Greet and assist internal and external visitors, ensuring high-quality and clear communication. Recruit new students. Handle enrollment procedures for courses, practice exams, and related activities—including information provision, registration, and result delivery. Answer and make phone calls, providing appropriate follow-up actions. Issue various documents related to students' academic status. Assist in daily updating of the enrollment, admissions, and registration tracking spreadsheet. Conduct competitive market research via telephone and in person. Perform cash register closing and reconciliation procedures. Provide support for academic events held on weekends. Participate in admissions processes and weekend scheduling during enrollment periods. Participate in student recruitment initiatives. Perform other duties relevant and necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
