Your journey starts here! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist at the reception desk and welcome students, visitors, and colleagues. * Provide in-person, telephone, and email support, offering guidance and directing requests to the responsible departments. * Assist in organizing and managing academic and administrative documents. * Perform printing, copying, and organizing of teaching materials for classes and academic events. * Support updating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records. * Assist in scheduling rooms, meetings, and academic activities. * Provide administrative support to coordinators and other departments within the institution. * Organize physical and digital files to ensure easy access to information. * Support organizing institutional events, lectures, and academic activities when required. * Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Aptitude for public-facing service. **Additional Information** What do we offer?
