**Mission**
The Stock Clerk plays a critical role in the company's inventory management, ensuring merchandise is received, delivered, and organized according to established standards.
Their role involves several essential responsibilities vital to the smooth operation of the e-commerce store and customer satisfaction.
Positions are available at our shopping mall units and/or direct sales locations; therefore, the address listed for this position is the company's office address.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
High school diploma required;
6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience required;
Experience in wholesale inventory handling large quantities of products is preferred.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
Ensure that descriptions on invoices match received materials.
Identify discrepancies in invoices and guide appropriate corrections in incoming and return processes, requesting adjustments from the responsible department.
Perform item sorting and labeling, affixing labels according to established standards.
Carry out internal transfers per internal procedures.
Store items ensuring their arrangement aligns with e-commerce store workflow and demand.
Process e-commerce orders, verify contents, issue invoices, and package items according to internal procedures.
Segregate non-conforming items in designated areas, complete the specific checklist, and arrange disposition for the factory.
Monitor the non-conformance management checklist for the unit, keeping information updated.
Support inventory audits, ensuring data consistency and accurate stock accounting for parts/products.
Provide high-quality customer service for e-commerce customers via phone/email per company-defined procedures, safeguarding the company’s institutional image and customer satisfaction.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.722,01 per month
