The Technical Archive requires a **Technical Archive Analyst**, who will be responsible for organizing and controlling files within the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System), as well as verifying standardization of technical documentation, ensuring that all coding, document issuance, and receipt of client comments are handled internally by the relevant departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as the focal point for ESSE Engineering's Technical Archive and support demands from other companies within the Bridge Holding group. * Verify all stamp and header information on technical documents in Word, Excel, or AutoCAD formats, as well as project-specific submission methods, guiding the technical team regarding client standards so that established standards are adopted, contractual requirements are met, and rework is avoided. * Issue technical documents in ELFA and perform routing via the client’s EDMS or Bridge SharePoint, aiming to formalize product delivery through the Document Shipment Guide (GRD), generate project backups, and ensure a record of information submissions. * Assist in receiving and returning documents from clients, recording all related actions in ELFA and communicating them to involved teams. * Monitor updates to client technical document standards, making them available in ELFA’s Quality Module, and formally advising and informing the entire technical team about new standards. * Support the team in managing client EDMS logins and passwords, ensuring all department staff have access to this information and enabling effective information management. * Update internal and external project communication matrices when necessary. * Deliver training to ESSE Engineering staff on ELFA usage and client standards. * Create and provide tutorials for the Technical Archive team covering processes such as document issuance, numbering requests, and feedback return from new clients. * Participate in Kick-off meetings for new projects. * Comply with specific procedures pertinent to departmental activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Archival Science or Library Science. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft 365\). * Expertise in EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems). * Minimum 1 year of experience in document management. * Experience in technical archive management within engineering or sanitation companies is desirable. * Experience in migrating documents to EDMS is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and ownership mindset; * Strong negotiation skills; * Tax-related experience is a plus; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Clear, assertive, and objective communication; * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks; * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package:** * Flash Card (flexible meal or food allowance); * Transportation voucher; * Health and dental insurance with no monthly fee; * Group life insurance; * Semi-annual PLR program based on achievement of company goals; * Gympass; * Starbem; * Partnerships with educational institutions (PUC, Ânima Group, Instituto do Minere, Fundação Dom Cabral, Fundação Getulio Vargas); * Language school partnership \- Open English. **Our work model is hybrid: 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote.
