Generate reports of pending invoices. Discuss debt regularization, deadlines, discounts, and interest with clients. Plan payments. Reconcile and record executed payments. Register, schedule, and monitor payment deadlines and amounts. Classify and store documents related to the department. Perform other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor. Previous experience as a Tax Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Tax Consultant, or Bookkeeping Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
