We are seeking a Tax Assistant to support the administrative, tax, and financial routines of CRB Group companies, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance in tax operations.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented, responsible professionals who wish to grow within a solid and expanding group operating in recycling, waste management, and equipment leasing.
**Responsibilities:**
* Recording fiscal invoices for use and consumption, services received, and operational expenses in the SAGI system.
* Issuing fiscal invoices for shipments (e.g., repair, loan, samples).
* Monthly ISSQN closing.
* Verifying CFOPs for entries and exits using SAGI reports.
* ICMS calculation.
* Generating, validating, and submitting the SPED Fiscal file.
* Reviewing tax payment slips and due dates provided by the accounting department.
* Closing service provision records.
* Receiving and reviewing reports from the Reconciliation Department.
* Validating MTRs, manifests, landfill tickets, and other supporting documents.
* Digitizing and sending documentation to clients.
* Issuing monthly service measurement reports.
* Issuing service invoices after client validation.
* Recording invoices and maintaining control spreadsheets.
* Monitoring emails and receiving essential service invoices.
* Requesting management approval to continue bookkeeping.
* Sending invoice lists to internal departments: warehouse, maintenance,
* HR, and occupational safety.
* Communicating with suppliers and creditors.
* Requesting invoice replacements/corrections.
* Supporting administrative tasks related to workflow and tax compliance.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education; ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in tax routines or in tax/accounting departments.
* Knowledge of ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, and ancillary obligations (SPED).
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication.

Salary: R$ 3\.000,00
