Managing and preparing accounting reports Position: Accounting Analyst Description: We are looking for a professional to work as an Accounting Analyst in our institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing accounting analyses, reconciliations, and financial closings, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial information. Responsibilities: 1\. Plan, organize, control, and advise the organization on various administrative activities related to the accounting department, managing and preparing reports, performing various controls, and entering data into the ERP system. 2\. Prepare and issue the ISSQN tax payment slip. 3\. Prepare and submit the DES (Electronic Service Declaration – Belo Horizonte City Hall). 4\. Perform monthly reconciliations of accounting accounts (Assets, Liabilities, Revenue, and Expenses). 5\. Manage spreadsheets tracking benefits granted to scholarship students. 6\. Request APL (Loyola Parents Association) advances and allocate expenses in the accountability report. 7\. Verify rental entries in the Trust Fund. 8\. Validate the Trust Fund statement. 9\. Perform all necessary entries to validate balances in the system. 10\. Record asset write-offs in the system. Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields * Prior experience in the accounting field * Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation * Analytical skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
