Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate field and topographic data processing teams. 2. Plan activities, size teams, and train employees. 3. Develop cost control methods and evaluate performance. Responsible for coordinating all topography department activities, including field topographic surveys across all company projects, defining element locations for reference marking of levels in projects executed by FONNTES GEOTÉCNICA, in accordance with technical standards and the company's Mission. Coordinate field team operations. \- Coordinate data processing, drafting, and calculation stages. \- Supervise the implementation of information into the company's database. \- Process topographic data using dedicated software. \- Verify construction site locations according to project definitions. \- Plan field activities, size teams, and train new employees. \- Develop methods for controlling costs, expenditures, and workforce efficiency. \- Request equipment, materials, and personnel via internal system. \- Evaluate team performance, provide performance guidance, and address deviations. \- Comply with FONNTES GEOTÉCNICA's Quality Policy. \- Follow instructions from the immediate supervisor. \- Attend meetings whenever summoned. \- Perform related tasks. \- Possess people management skills; Salary: R$2\.070,71 \- R$5\.093,20 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
