Position: Civil Engineer (Surveying, Land Surveying, and Soil Investigation) – Independent Contractor/Consultancy Work Mode: Remote work with on-site visits as required Job Description We are seeking a Civil Engineer with solid experience in surveying, land surveying, and soil investigation to support planning, execution, and control of infrastructure projects, civil works, and technical surveys. Main Responsibilities * Plan, guide, conduct, and supervise topographic and geodetic surveys * Perform and interpret land surveying services * Plan, monitor, and analyze soil investigations (SPT, rotary, etc.) * Prepare technical reports, drawings, and descriptive memoranda * Use surveying and geoprocessing software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, etc.) * Ensure compliance with current technical standards and regulations * Support development of earthwork, drainage, and infrastructure projects * Coordinate field teams and suppliers * Conduct data analysis and quality control of surveys Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (with active CREA registration) * Proven experience in surveying, land surveying, and soil investigation * Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Proficiency in operating surveying equipment * Experience with technical software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, QGIS or similar) * Availability for field work Preferred Qualifications * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License: Category B * Postgraduate degree in Geotechnics, Geoprocessing, or related fields * Experience in large-scale projects (highways, subdivisions, dams, etc.) * Knowledge of Digital Terrain Modeling (DTM) * Experience with drones and aerial photogrammetric surveys Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Selection Questions: * Driver's License Category B * Active CREA Registration * Experience in Projects * Experience in Land Surveying Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Belo Horizonte, MG
