Job Summary: A commercial and strategic professional to promote and strengthen FAMINAS's Medical School program, establish partnerships, and implement recruitment strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and execute relationship-building and proactive recruitment strategies FAMINAS is seeking a commercially oriented, relationship-focused, and strategic professional to promote and strengthen our Medical School program. **Your Responsibilities:** * Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, preparatory courses, and strategic organizations; * Deliver customized presentations of FAMINAS's Medical School program to diverse audiences; * Participate in fairs, events, on-site visits, and other in-person activities; * Plan and execute relationship-building and proactive recruitment strategies; * Identify regional opportunities and provide data and feedback to the Marketing team; * Represent FAMINAS institutionally with excellence, alignment, and professionalism. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields); * Prior experience in commercial or relationship management roles, preferably within the education sector; * Proficiency in commercial planning and CRM tools; * Proficiency in presentation and reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.); * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
