We are looking for a responsible, analytical, and organized Procurement Assistant to support the procurement department. This role is essential to ensure the company has materials, services, and supplies available with quality and good cost-effectiveness. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Prior experience or basic knowledge in procurement is a plus; * Familiarity with Excel and strong negotiation skills; * Organizational ability, responsibility, and effective communication. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct price quotations and market research with suppliers; * Assist in negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms; * Issue purchase orders in the system; * Monitor order status until delivery; * Verify invoices and support the finance department when necessary; * Monitor inventory levels and alert when replenishment is required; * Maintain an updated supplier database.
