Customer service at the time of delivery The shipping assistant helps move goods, load and unload vehicles, deliver packages, and support the driver. * Load trucks, arranging cargo properly; * Unload materials at the delivery location, carefully avoiding damage to store products and the delivery site; * Provide customer service at the time of delivery; * Organize shipping operations as needed.
