The **QA Analyst Intern** will validate platform quality, ensuring not only the technical functionality of solutions but also the quality of AI-generated experiences. This person will play a fundamental role in evaluating AI outputs, testing end-to-end workflows, and continuously improving the product based on quality, usability, and coherence of deliverables. We seek someone with a critical eye, attention to detail, and curiosity — who goes beyond technical testing to also assess user experience and the value delivered by solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and execute platform tests (frontend, backend, and integrations). * Validate APIs, usage flows, and critical system functionalities. * Evaluate the quality of AI outputs, considering clarity, coherence, relevance, and appropriateness to the educational context. * Test **RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)** pipelines. * Create test scenarios based on diverse user profiles and learning contexts. * Identify not only technical but also cognitive and experiential defects. * Collaborate with the AI Specialist to enhance model and response quality. * Support the agile practitioner in validating product hypotheses and experiments. * Contribute to defining quality criteria for AI-based features. * Automate tests whenever possible, especially for APIs and core workflows. * Document tests, results, and evidence for project accountability. **DESIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * API testing (Postman or similar) * Software testing concepts (functional, integration, regression) * Basic JavaScript and web application knowledge * Git (version control) * Automated testing (Jest, Cypress or similar) * Experience testing web applications (React / Node.js) * Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (LLMs and general operation) * Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) * User experience (UX) testing * Evaluation of digital content quality **ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STIPEND:** As this is a **stipend tied to an R&D project funded by the Research Support Foundation of the State of Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG)**, participation in the program requires meeting **at least one of the criteria below**: * \> Hold a **PhD degree in a field compatible** with the activities outlined in the project; or * \> Hold a **bachelor's degree**, with a minimum of **6 (six) years of proven experience** in research, technological development, or innovation related to the project’s activities.
