Company within the Comporte Group, focused on growth and ethics **Metrô BH, one of the companies of the Comporte Group, operates the metro public transportation system covering the municipalities of Contagem and Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais.** **We currently have an opportunity to work as a Warehouse Clerk in the Warehouse Department.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please submit your application and share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#grupocomporte \#metrobh \#oportunidades** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect invoices for received materials, verifying documentation quantitatively and qualitatively—including the legal name of the Unit and suppliers—and request technical support whenever necessary; enter invoices into the system for payment according to due dates and report identified discrepancies to procurement staff; * Receive and verify bill information, make corrections if needed, and forward them for payment; * Request purchases of materials, supplies, spare parts, lubricants, PPE, and other items via the system to meet operational needs; * Dispatch goods as requested, verifying quantity, value, and type of withdrawal, and track their movement to ensure adherence to established deadlines; * Deliver materials to requesters using Service Orders (OS), record system deductions, and check stock levels when required; * Maintain safety stock for each item, informing quantities and specifications to the responsible department for replenishment; * Manage and distribute PPE via the system according to requirements defined by the Safety Department; * Register products in the system, monitoring fiscal validation / release to ensure availability for procurement; * Monitor freight contracts used by the company for service provision, create Purchase Requests in the system, and track all related movements; * Keep the warehouse clean and organized, utilizing designated storage areas to preserve integrity, facilitate identification, prevent losses or misplacements, dispose of obsolete materials in appropriate locations, and immediately report any incidents jeopardizing departmental operations to the immediate supervisor; * Conduct physical inventory counts per standard procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date system records; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school; * Experience in inventory control; * Knowledge of material receipt, inspection, and storage; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * SAP system knowledge (desirable). **Additional Information** * **Benefits for the employee** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Childcare allowance;** **Gympass (app for physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being);** **Life insurance;** **Meal voucher and/or food allowance;** **Transportation voucher.** * **Benefits for dependents** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Support for children with disabilities;** **Gympass (app for physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being).** **We are one of the companies of the Comporte Group, operating the metro public transportation system covering the municipalities of Contagem and Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais.** **Here, we offer opportunities based on meritocracy and care for our employees by providing a positive organizational climate, reflected in excellent service to our users.
