Job Summary: Responsible for restocking goods, organizing displays, operating equipment, maintaining aisle safety, and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support to ensure speed and sales **Your Mission:** * Restock goods on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, applying the fundamental principles of "full, clean, labeled, safe", ensuring correct stock location within the aisle, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and strictly adhering to all safety rules and procedures to guarantee optimal product availability for customers; * Replace labels and create signage and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle, maintaining display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Operate equipment required for moving goods within the department—such as forklifts, lifting platforms, and ladders—always complying with all safety regulations outlined in the provided manual and holding valid authorization; * Ensure no pallets, goods, boxes, plastics, equipment, or other items obstruct or hinder customer movement in department aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to cashier requests and provide timely support whenever needed to ensure rapid customer service; * Respond courteously, attentively, and proactively when approached by customers, facilitating sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering all four scenarios (replenishment, inventory, AVS's, and non-scanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **To Join Our Team, You Must Have:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating lifting platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
