Support for the multidisciplinary team **Requirements:** * Completed nursing technician training; * UI experience; * Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel); * Proficiency in computer skills and integrated health systems (electronic medical records). **Responsibilities:** * Receive and hand over shift reports; perform patient admission and follow-up; record care activities and medications per medical and nursing prescriptions. Execute assistive procedures; provide guidance to patients and their companions; support the multidisciplinary team.
