On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include: · Developing learning methods and dynamics for regulatory and technical training. · Creating educational content using active learning methodologies. · Supporting instructors in applying methodologies and materials. · Adapting technical content into didactic and accessible language. · Creating and designing presentations aligned with Iaco’s visual identity. · Preparing handouts and educational materials in Word. · Structuring lesson plans with clear objectives and methodology. · Designing pre- and post-training assessments. · Creating digital content and videos with AI support. · Developing interactive content using authoring tools. · Updating and maintaining training materials. **What We’re Looking For:** · Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Occupational Safety, or related fields; · Experience in training and development or educational content production; · Proficiency in *Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Genially*; · Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies; **What You’ll Find When Joining Iaco:** Here, we take care of you so you can develop and perform well.
