Job Opening: Occupational Safety Technical Assistant Location: Belo Horizonte Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: Current minimum wage Benefits: Cash-based Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher: BRL 20.00/day Job Responsibilities: Support the preparation and updating of safety documents such as PCMSO, LTCAT, and PGR; Monitor and conduct safety inspections at company facilities; Control the distribution and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), with records maintained on PPE record sheets; Assist in investigating work-related incidents and accidents; Participate in organizing and implementing safety training programs; Maintain up-to-date safety records and documents, including PGR, PCMSO, Work Orders (WO), ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), PPE record sheets, among others; Schedule occupational medical examinations (ASO); Identify and prospect clinics for conducting ASOs; Research and obtain quotations for PPE and uniforms; Maintain updated spreadsheets of occupational medical examinations; Use tools such as Excel and Word for data organization and report generation; Possess basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) to support training and legal compliance; Willingness to travel.
