Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for access control, security, and organization at a school unit, safeguarding the institution's assets and the well-being of students and visitors. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the safety and organization of the school environment. 2. Control the flow of people and correspondence. 3. Maintain order and discipline in access areas. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Control the entry and exit of students, parents/guardians, staff, and visitors to ensure the school unit’s security. * Identify, register, and authorize visitor entry according to internal policies. * Guide parents, students, and visitors regarding school facilities. * Monitor movement in access areas, ensuring order and discipline. * Receive and forward correspondence, packages, and deliveries. * Report any unusual situations or incidents compromising security to the school administration or coordination team. * Assist in organizing entry and exit flows during peak hours. * Safeguard the institution’s property by monitoring for possible irregularities. * Comply with internal regulations, wear the designated uniform, and maintain appropriate conduct within the school environment. * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Provide proof of at least 6 (six) months of relevant work experience. **Benefits:** Meal\-Allowance, Food\-Voucher, Transportation\-Voucher
