Budget control and administrative support Main Responsibilities: * Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive building maintenance; * Coordinate and supervise service providers (cleaning, concierge, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.); * Control the building’s budget, expenses, and operational costs; * Support the condominium administrator, board, or management in decision-making; * Attend to condominium owners, users, and regulatory authorities as required.
