Address operational failures and drive continuous improvement **Open Position: Operations Supervisor I\-Maintenance** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as **Operations Supervisor I – Maintenance.** This professional will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring execution of daily maintenance activities, and supervising high-complexity projects, ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise maintenance teams (preventive, corrective, and predictive); Plan and monitor service orders and maintenance schedules; Ensure compliance with technical procedures and safety standards; Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs); Support team training and development; Address operational failures and continuously improve processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in maintenance or operations supervision; * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Work Schedule: 6x1\- Shift:** To be defined! **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **R$4\.700,00 \+ P30** * On-site meal * Meal allowance – R$410.00 * Attendance bonus – R$250.00 * Health insurance – Unimed BH Unifacil * Dental insurance – Bradesco * Transportation allowance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualifications:* Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Electrical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Transportation allowance * Dental insurance * On-site meal * Meal allowance * Health insurance
