Developing and delivering training programs and managing PPE **Job Description:** **Program and Regulatory Management:** Implement and monitor occupational safety programs, ensuring compliance with NRs and current legislation. Prepare and organize SESMT technical documentation and issue PPPs for employees. Provide technical support and guidance to CIPA activities. Prevention and Inspection Conduct periodic audits and inspections to identify hazards, occupational diseases, and non-conformities. Propose and monitor corrective and improvement actions for the workplace. Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, establishing action plans to prevent recurrence. Training and Equipment Develop and deliver training sessions, lectures, and educational awareness initiatives. Manage PPE and uniform inventory, define technical delivery criteria, and oversee distribution. Technical and Administrative Support Support labor expert assessments and official inspections. Collaborate across departments to align safety strategies and process improvement initiatives.
