Job Summary: Opportunity for a Nursing Technician in the ICU, responsible for pre- and post-operative care, medication administration, patient monitoring, and emotional support for family members. Emotional support for patients and their families We have an opportunity to work as a nursing technician, with working hours from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM in the ICU. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Pre- and post-operative care; provision of oral and enteral diets; * Bathing and hygiene care, including intimate and oral hygiene; * Peripheral venous puncture; safe administration of medications, always adhering to the “Nine Rights”; * Monitoring of patient vital signs and reporting to the responsible nurse; Strictly follow institutional protocols such as sepsis, prevention of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), prevention of pressure injuries, pain management, among others; * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) according to patient isolation requirements; * Detailed documentation of patient status evolution and all events occurring during the shift; * Verification of handwritten prescriptions and electronic system prescriptions to prevent claim denials; * Provide empathetic emotional support and respond to family members’ questions, always respecting hospital policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Nursing technician qualification; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable:** * Six months of experience in intensive care. **Additional Information** **We offer benefits including:** * Transportation allowance * Meals provided at the workplace **Our DNA is a blend of innovation, passion, and commitment.** And this essence goes beyond our projects \- it also resides within each one of us.
