At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform masonry, concrete, and other material-related work, including general construction activities, finishing, and repairs, aiming to comply with preventive and corrective maintenance standards and procedures, as well as meeting other company requirements; * Carry out masonry activities through laying stones and bricks, plastering structures and built surfaces, installing roof tiles, constructing water tanks and sewage systems, preparing concrete structures for finishing, and other related tasks, aiming to meet company requirements; * Perform finishing activities by applying waterproofing products, flooring, and concrete slabs to cured surfaces; tiling floors with ceramics, stones, and small concrete blocks; and other related tasks, aiming to meet company requirements; * Ensure service execution according to requests, needs, and demands presented by leadership, aiming to support and guarantee operations in accordance with internal company procedures and policies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Prior experience in this role on heavy civil construction projects. * Experience on heavy civil construction projects. * Completed or incomplete elementary education. **Additional information** Work location: Betim\- MG * WE ARE AG It is with the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach farther every day! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
