Support training processes, succession planning, and talent management using tools such as the 9Box and PDI. Actively participate in attracting and selecting new talents for business areas. Conduct probationary period evaluations, exit interviews, and internal marketing initiatives. Safeguard physical integrity and workplace safety, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Ensure protection of institutional assets and resources under one's responsibility. Implement HR strategic planning in synergy with Rede Mater Dei de Saúde's guidelines. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management
