




Description: About the position:* Responsible for coordinating and supervising fish department activities, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory control, receipt, and proper storage of seafood. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety standards, and internal procedures. Main responsibilities:* Supervise the fish department team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Perform quality control of products, ensuring freshness and traceability. * Organize the fish department layout to optimize product display. * Attend to customers, answering questions and advising on available products. * Manage inventory, conducting periodic stock counts and requesting replenishment as needed. * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Mandatory requirements:* Proven experience as a fish department supervisor or team leader. * Knowledge of seafood handling and preservation. * Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively. * Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Desirable qualifications (advantage):* Technical course in food science, food safety, or related fields. * Knowledge of inventory control and logistics. * Experience in customer service within a retail environment. * Training in leadership and team management.
