




Reporting to the Director, controls the company's accounts payable and processes and monitors the collection of accounts receivable from customers. Monitors the company's financial transactions by reconciling bank statements with entries related to payments to suppliers and receipts from customers. Manages the company's accounts payable process (purchases, services, etc.), ensuring validation of documentation and adherence to stipulated deadlines: receives documents (invoices, bank reports, etc.), verifies document details (issuer identification, payment amount, tax breakdown, etc.), schedules and records them in the system (payment spreadsheet), files them, and tracks their due dates and payments via Internet Banking. Updates the bank balance by comparing it with the volume of payments to be made, based on daily bank statements, and requests intervention from superiors to withdraw investments if necessary to meet obligations. Responsible for the entire finance area, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding item tracking; performs bank reconciliation of paid accounts to verify that debits match corresponding entries.
