Then this **Facilities Coordinator** opportunity is for you: **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, schedule, and oversee maintenance, construction, renovations, and repairs of organizational facilities. * Develop plans and programs meeting current and projected space and facility requirements. * Monitor and inspect all offices and equipment to ensure utility systems are fully operational and preventive maintenance schedules are followed. * Ensure cost control and quality across all infrastructure and building facilities. * Supervise service provision related to facilities. * Oversee third-party teams regarding related demands. * Supervise and manage administrative routines within the area. * Coordinate the internal team. * Implement new technologies and optimize area processes. * Conduct audits and manage contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in administrative areas and with service providers; * Ability to handle daily emergencies and unforeseen events; * We seek a proactive, resilient profile with strong problem-solving skills under pressure; * Experience in cost management and expense planning. **Additional Information** We offer a competitive benefits package including: * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Dental insurance; * Private pension plan; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Meal voucher; * Food voucher. * Educational partnership programs.
