




Description: Required Qualifications: * Electrical, Electrotechnical, Electroelectronic, or Electronic Technical Course or similar. Desired Knowledge: * Knowledge of electrical equipment and materials; * Experience with electrical measurements and specific instruments; * Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office suite; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Knowledge of maintenance management; * Knowledge of safety standards and NR10; * NR10 SEP (High Voltage) certification is desirable; * Professional registration required. As an Electrical Technician, you will: * Inspect the SDAI Fire Detection System; * Verify the operational status of the Fire Detection and Alarm Central; * Check the central model, integrity of circuit breakers, SPDs, enclosures, and internal components; * Perform voltage measurements (primary AC, secondary AC, and loops); * Evaluate battery conditions, service life, and individual voltages; * Test auxiliary power supplies and system supervisions; * Test smoke and temperature detectors individually (test spray / heat source); * Assess audiovisual signaling devices and sirens through actual activation; * Test manual actuators (push buttons) and signal feedback to the central unit; * Validate communication and operation of monitoring, control, and interlocking modules; * Inspect cylinders: pressure, hydrostatic test, tare weight, and supports; * Evaluate piping: physical condition, corrosion, leaks, and diffusers; * Test electric actuators and abort button functionality; * Inspect the Fire Protection and Suppression System (SPCI); * Verify column and wall-mounted hydrants; * Assess hose, nozzle, and valve integrity; * Check enclosures, covers, sealing, and identification; * Test valves and flow rate where applicable; * Evaluate system pressurization and return; * Individually inspect sprinklers for paint condition, obstructions, corrosion, and missing nozzles; * Verify pressure, seals, and INMETRO certification labels on fire extinguishers; * Check mounting brackets and fixation; * Validate accessibility and signage; * Identify failures, propose solutions, and recommend adjustments; * Prepare detailed technical reports listing irregularities and recommendations; * Use digital tools for control and documentation: * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word); * SAP system for work order creation, labor allocation, backlog review, attaching OMs and reports; * Define correction deadlines and monitor implementation of adjustments. 251217020255660941
