Contribute to the well-being and safety of everyone. **JOB: CLEANING ASSISTANT / JANITOR** **Work Location:** Contagem – MG **Schedule:** 5x2 – **Monday to Friday** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Day Shift) **Work Model:** On-site **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a responsible and organized professional to perform **cleaning and maintenance of a logistics condominium**, ensuring clean, organized, and appropriate environments for employees and visitors. The professional will be responsible for maintaining spaces in **good condition regarding hygiene, preservation, and organization**, directly contributing to the well-being and safety of all individuals using the facility. **Main Responsibilities** Perform cleaning and maintenance of the logistics condominium’s **common areas** Clean the **reception area, hallways, and administrative areas** Sanitize **bathrooms and locker rooms** Clean **dining areas and communal spaces** Clean the **courtyard, entrance gate, and dock area** Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) Proper collection and disposal of waste Support general organization and maintenance of environments **Requirements** ✔ Completed elementary education ✔ Prior experience in **professional cleaning, maintenance, or general services** ✔ Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail ✔ Commitment to schedules and cleaning routines ✔ Ability to work effectively in a team **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** R$ 1\.772,80 **Meal Allowance:** R$ 31,34 per working day **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 200,00 **Transportation Allowance** or **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 250,00 **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in **cleaning logistics warehouses or industrial facilities** Experience operating **cleaning equipment (floor buffers, washers, or WAP machines)** Experience with **hygiene routines in high-traffic environments** Payment: R$1\.772,80 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Industrial cleaning (preferred) Work Location: On-site
