Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and innovative CIO to lead digital transformation and IT governance within a software and financial services holding company, aligning technology with business goals. Manage hybrid environment with legacy systems and Cloud solutions We are a well-established holding company in the software and financial services sector, working with diverse technologies — from legacy systems to Cloud solutions and applications. Our infrastructure is hybrid, combining colocation and cloud to ensure scalability and security. We seek a strategic and innovative CIO to lead digital transformation and IT governance, aligning technology with business. **Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with the holding’s growth and innovation objectives. * Define and execute, together with the team, a backup and disaster recovery policy that minimizes operational impact in case of issues. * Manage an environment involving legacy systems and Cloud applications. * Lead Infrastructure, Internal Systems, and Information Security teams. * Ensure IT governance, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity. * Support modernization and migration of legacy systems to more scalable and efficient solutions. * Ensure high system availability and performance while optimizing infrastructure costs. * Guarantee high internal SLA levels for handling service requests from employees across all companies in the holding. * Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the company’s competitiveness. * Evaluate and implement new ERP and CRM solutions. * Foster an innovation culture and adoption of agile methodologies. * Manage technology vendors and contracts. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields. Postgraduate studies/MBA is a plus. * Experience: 8+ years in IT, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. * Technical Knowledge: * Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure). * IT infrastructure, colocation, and corporate networks. * System virtualization and legacy system management. * Information security and regulatory compliance. * Management of multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies. * Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, effective communication, and ability to influence high-level decisions. Differentiators * Experience in software/SaaS companies. * Experience with Windows and Linux environments. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation. * Experience with DevOps.
