Our purpose is to promote quality of life through humane and ethical care, focused on the customer experience. **Join us in building this mission and become part of a team that cares for people.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide operational support for Concierge and Check\-up processes, including scheduling, calendar organization, billing verification, and communication with service providers. * Deliver direct service and relationship management to executive beneficiaries, providing information, guidance, and support regarding products, services, and Check\-up process stages. * Track internal requests, ensuring prompt responses and structured follow-up until case resolution. * Support approval and reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and standardization of records. * Manage payments to Check\-up service providers, ensuring compliance and timely updates to reports. * Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows, focusing on agility and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education or currently pursuing a university degree; * Experience in the healthcare sector (health plans, hospitals, clinics, health concierge services, or related areas); * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles, especially executive audiences; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** **Why Join Our Team?** We are a company committed to putting our culture and values into practice.
