




Job Summary: The professional will operate telephone equipment, access systems to provide appointment information, listen to and clarify customer inquiries, and manage emails. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and clarification of inquiries Schedule: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM \- Monday to Friday * Operate telephone equipment, receiving, transferring, and making phone calls to inform and route callers to the requested department; * Access the MV Soul system to provide information about scheduled appointments; * Listen attentively to customer needs, take notes, and clarify inquiries; * Access and respond to e\-mails related to assigned tasks, copying the Hospitality department; * Perform other similar tasks as determined by management; Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer knowledge; * PABX system knowledge is desirable; * Experience in public-facing customer service.
