This position offers opportunities for professional growth, continuous training, and performance-based variable income. **Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:** \- In-person customer service at the counter; \- Active and responsive telephone service (internal sales / telemarketing); \- Prospecting new customers; \- Identifying customer needs and offering commercial solutions; \- Negotiating and closing sales; \- Developing technical product knowledge (with training). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM / 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (rotating schedule). Saturday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturdays off during periods of low seasonal demand). This is a fully on-site position. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** \- Proactive, communicative profile with a results-oriented mindset; \- Strong desire to grow professionally in the sales field; \- Ability to understand customer needs and generate new opportunities; \- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus; \- No prior experience in this industry is required; \- No specific technical education is required. **Compensation and Benefits:** Base salary: R$ 1.792,00. Variable commission/bonus based on sales (potential monthly earnings up to R$ 2.000,00, depending on performance). Transportation allowance. Health insurance plan.
