Serve as the primary communication bridge between the administrative/commercial area and the external commercial team, handling results management and analysis, promoting incentive campaigns, and clarifying operational and business rule-related questions. * Provide administrative support to the sales team. * Perform results analysis and track commercial team performance indicators. * Assist in designing and promoting campaigns and incentives, ensuring clear information delivery to the external team. * Act as the single point of contact for clarifying questions regarding business rules, bonuses, incentives, and operational procedures. * Help organize and maintain commercial data in spreadsheets and systems. * Collaborate in generating performance reports and basic analyses for management. **Essential Skills (Soft Skills)** * Proactivity: Ability to anticipate problems and seek solutions. * Organization and attention to detail: Critical for results analysis and information management. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact clearly and empathetically with the sales team to resolve queries. * Results-oriented mindset: Motivation to contribute toward achieving team goals. * Basic analytical ability: To understand data and metrics. **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Basic Excel knowledge (creating spreadsheets, using simple formulas). * Excellent communication and writing skills, with clarity and conciseness. * Aptitude for understanding and working with business rules, bonuses, and incentives. * Familiarity with online platforms and tools. Desirable: * Prior experience, even internships, in administrative, sales support, or commercial roles. * Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector. * Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems or sales management tools.
